These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Corep Viet's services and applications at corepviet.com and its subdomains (including team.corepviet.com). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Mô tả dịch vụ Service description
Dịch vụ của chúng tôi là công cụ quản lý nội dung, cho phép người dùng kết nối các tài khoản mạng xã hội (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) thông qua đăng nhập OAuth chính thức và lên lịch, đăng tải nội dung lên các tài khoản đó.
Our service is a content management tool that lets users connect their social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) via official OAuth login and schedule or publish content to those accounts.
2. Tài khoản và quyền truy cập Accounts & authorization
- Bạn chỉ kết nối các tài khoản mạng xã hội mà bạn sở hữu hoặc được ủy quyền quản lý hợp pháp.
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập của mình.
- Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của dịch vụ bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt của từng nền tảng.
You may only connect social accounts that you own or are legally authorized to manage. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. You may revoke the service's access at any time in each platform's settings.
3. Nội dung của người dùng User content
Bạn giữ toàn bộ quyền sở hữu đối với nội dung mình đăng tải. Bạn cam kết nội dung không vi phạm pháp luật, không xâm phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của bên thứ ba và tuân thủ chính sách cộng đồng của từng nền tảng (TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms, YouTube Terms of Service).
You retain full ownership of the content you publish. You warrant that your content is lawful, does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and complies with each platform's community policies.
4. Hành vi bị cấm Prohibited use
- Sử dụng dịch vụ để phát tán thư rác (spam), nội dung lừa đảo hoặc nội dung vi phạm pháp luật.
- Tìm cách can thiệp, phá hoại hoặc truy cập trái phép vào hệ thống.
- Sử dụng dịch vụ theo cách vi phạm điều khoản của TikTok, Meta hoặc Google.
You may not use the service to distribute spam, fraudulent, or unlawful content; attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the system; or use the service in violation of TikTok, Meta, or Google terms.
5. Giới hạn trách nhiệm Limitation of liability
Dịch vụ được cung cấp "nguyên trạng". Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc tài khoản mạng xã hội của bạn bị hạn chế, khóa hoặc xử lý bởi nền tảng bên thứ ba, cũng như các thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng dịch vụ.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your social accounts, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Chấm dứt Termination
Chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập của bạn nếu bạn vi phạm các Điều khoản này. Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng dịch vụ và thu hồi quyền truy cập bất cứ lúc nào.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time.
7. Thay đổi điều khoản Changes to terms
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản theo thời gian. Phiên bản mới nhất được đăng tại trang này. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi cập nhật đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận Điều khoản mới.
